Sanlam doesn't payout on 2 genuine dread disease claims
Sanlam a really stubborn entity. They know they are wrong but will never address their wrongdoings . Sanlam if you still persist you are right , I challenge your decision to decline both dread disease claims , live on any of the radio channels. I will address these incorrect decisions until I finally win my argument as I know I am right. It may take years but eventually will be victorious. The CEO of Sanlam if you really are honest , I implore you to set up a face to face interview with the media present whereby I would pose questions which Sanlam needs answering. If you are honest Sanlam will admit that their decisions were flawed.

05 Jul 2024, 16:16Good afternoon Prez
Sanlam is committed to supporting our clients and to paying out valid claims.
We thoroughly engaged this claim, offering detailed feedback on multiple occasions. Investigations included the participation and feedback from the Sanlam Internal Arbitrator, the Ombudsman for Long-Term Insurance, the FAIS Ombud and the FSCA.
Unfortunately, no evidence could be found to support any change in our position.

05 Jul 2024, 21:20I disagree with Sanlam . Can Sanlam explain their double standards in assessing the first claim on Sarcoidosis. This claim was assessed and rejected on percentage of impairment . Sanlam claims to pay out on diagnosis of a disease and not on impairment . However a letter was issued by an executive of Sanlam stating if the impairment gets worse , Sanlam would assess the claim and payment would be made . When the impairment did in fact get worse , a specialist report was produced to support the claim , then Sanlam declines stating that this disease is not covered. Why can't the Ombudsmans office , the Arbitrator and The FSCA hold Sanlam to account for their commitment as per Sanlams letter to us . Is it because Sanlam is this influential corporate that the authorities don't want to investigate.
The second claim was declined as being pre existing. The specialist report and medical aid records prove otherwise. Sanlam has never conducted any investigation to verify their decision. Where is the Ombudsman, Arbitrator or the FSCA on this matter. Samlan do not for a moment think that this matter will rest . I will have my day in court and all who wrongs your clients will also be proved wrong. This is just the beginning of the David & Goliath episode.
Go on Sanlam explain your actions on both claims .
