Sanlam does try and find ways not to pay out

I had a policy accidental death cover from channel life Sanlam sky. In 2007 I made a deathclaim with them for my then spouse. The death certificate was made out medication overdose. No where was suicide suspected.. Now 15 years later policy still has not paid out and SAPS has confirmed that docket is missing. No other reports available to me. Still Sanlam requires all documentation even though it's unobtainable in this government administration system. So u get penalized if SAPS did not finalize there work or were negligent... 15 years later and still no answers... Sanlam will never see me again or anyone asking me about them will only get negative feedback from me...
