Sanlam does not care

So I get these headaches, but very severe. Went to GP's and Chiros, name it. Eventualy asked a GP to send me to a Specialist to perform the CT Scans etc,

They IMMEDIATELY booked me into the emergency room, and the MediClinic as they could not believe I am still walking and talking.

Next day they via Burrholes drain blood 1cm from my brain, and send me to another hospital where Professors look at what caused it. I t could not be determined but they sealed some veins in my brain.

Get home, claimed with Sanlam. After months of back and forth them asking evedivence, me supplying all info, they dicline as according to them it was not accute. Heaven knows how it happened but Sanlam doesnt care.

It would cost Sanlam R50k for drainaige via Burrholes to honor a client in dispair, asking them to care. Financially for them they will lose me, R3000 contribution per month, Accumulative thus the R50 000 would be deducted off my Life policy..., R3000 x 15 years still I would have been with them, merely asking to care when in need. Thats R540 000 without increases on contributions and the investments interest Sanlam makes on my money.
