Sanlam does not care!!!!

On 20 September requested early retirement due to illness. I still havent recieved my paperwork i need to sign. Have been to offices 4 times, phoned call center, emailed numerous times and nothing has happened. I am in serious financial trouble now due to my illness and Sanlam has not attended to my funds to be paid. I am 55 thus i am eligable for the money. Not even when you are sick does Sanlam do anything. Its suppose to take less than a week for the papers to be signed. Its almost 5 weeks now!!!!
