Sanlam - DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THEM! Useless!!!!

This is the second time in two months that I am applying for a personal loan with Sanlam and it's the same bad service as before! They are useless! I phoned in again this morning to find out what the hold-up is and they keep saying the same thing. Thanks for your documents they are still under review wait for someone to call you. It was escalated yesterday still no call! Last month I stopped the loan application due to their bad customer service! Train your people properly and I was told I will have an answer in a few hours!!!!!! I want to know what is going on at Sanlam???!!!! Why am I not getting feedback about my loan. I have even email Thulani Jezile there to call me back, but nothing. Useless! Last month they escalated it twice as well. Ashwin, the consultant working on my loan, was going to call me. Till today he never did!
