SANLAM - DO NO INVEST YOUR MONEY - 9 months and counting just to get your money from SANLAM

I am so disappointed with the way you are handling peoples requests my previous company processed a withdrawal claim June 2024 , it has been close to 9 months now without proper feedback . i have to call send emails every now and then , when i call i get told about different forms that needs to filled while i have submitted all the relevant documents . i still don't know why companies still use your services as you handle peoples money so poorly and you have no regard for your customer
