Sanlam dishonesty

Dear Sanlam,

I am writing to express my outrage and absolute dissatisfaction. I specifically asked for the Moderate Solution Fund, not an Endowment Policy for 5 years. I have never requested, signed, or discussed such a policy in my life.

How can Sanlam place my money into an endowment policy without my knowledge, consent, or signature, and then charge fees against it? This is not only ********* but also a serious breach of trust.

I did not ask for this, and I will not accept it. I demand an immediate explanation of how this happened, copies of all documentation bearing my supposed consent, and the reversal of this unauthorized policy.

This matter must be addressed urgently, or I will have no choice but to escalate it to the FSCA and FAIS Ombud for investigation.
