Sanlam disability benefits for illness (Accident)

I was in an accident in August 2025, hospitalised for 10 weeks, and have been home on temporary disability. We put in a claim when i was discharded from the hospital in October 2024 and till today, Sanlam says verification (multiple) has been completed, but they keep asking for more and more documents. its been months and they just keep asking for more documents and Dr's reports which are not free. They asking us questions like we are orthopaedic surgeons, how am i supposed to answer those questions meant for the Dr? SANLAM SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, SANLAM HAVE NO RESPECT OR REGARDS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE TIMELINES FOR CLAIMS, ESPECIALLY ACCIDENT RELATED, ARE NOT REALISTIC. at this rate, il recover and go back to work after i have lost everything. THE BIGGEST LOSER HER HERE IS US, THE CUSTOMER, FOR GIVING SANLAM'S STICKY FINGERS ACCESS TO OUR BANK ACCOUNTS TO TAKE AND TAKE OUR MONEY FOR WHATEVER IT IS THEY SAY THEY DO AND WE BELIEVED THEM.
