Sanlam DirectAxis exploit clients

Sanlam DirectAxis' said 48 hours from 18 Feb. that the documents would be in my inbox has turned into 72 hours and still nothing. My first request was on 7 February. All proof has been handed over to the National Credit Regulator. There is absolutely NO service at Direct Axis; their mission is to EXPLOIT clients.
