SANLAM / DIRECTAXIS ARREARS INTEREST DEDUCTIONS - ACCOUNT NOT IN ARREARS

Took out a Sanlam loan through DirectAxis years ago, which was restructured after a couple of years with new loan amount and recently came to the realization that they are deducting an 'Arrears Interest' amount from my account each month. My loan re-payments are done via debit order BEFORE month-end and has never been in arrears. When I queried this, they sent me a letter to confirm that the interest deductions have been stopped and confirmed that my account is not in arrears. Then I requested a statement of my account since inception, but to date have not received it even after asking for it on numerous occasions. I want a refund of all 'Arrears Interest' deductions since the start of my loan period. I have lodged a complaint with both Sanlam and DirectAxis' Complaints Departments, but have been completely ignored.
