Sanlam Direct Axis Personal Loans

I really need to compliment Sanlam Personal Loans on their consultants as they are really helpful and friendly. I received good service in the past from both Sanlam and Direct Axis.

I was contacted by an agent Lumko who advised me that I was approved for a loan amount on 13/11/2020, we went through the contract details to finalize the application, I provided the supporting paperwork and all seemed in order for a payout as promised. I received an sms to contact Sanlam Personal Loans and upon doing so was advised that a technical error was experienced and I had to restart the process. After numerous calls I finally ended up with Nthabiseng on 21/11/2020 who went out of her way to assist me, she verified my details to the state of finalizing the contract and advised she would contact me before 20:00 the evening which might not have happened as she may have been busy. I've been trying to follow up for the past two days to finalize the contract and was told that an e-mail is sent to the consultant to call me within 5 minutes to finalize the contract.

Can Sanlam kindly assist me with finalizing the loan agreement by getting a consultant to contact me back on the number provided?
