Sanlam Delay payment

Good-day may you please assist I had 2 investment s with Salam which I cancelled and I was paid but Dec a debit order went through again I foned to query and was told to submit proof so that it can be paid so I submitted bank statement and form which was send to me on the 12/01/2020 got no response and phoned on the 20 01/2020 spoke to Lillian Mabhunda and she was very rude for 40minutes and later i spoke to Nelisiwe who was willing to listen and assist and I send proof again to her direct work email but no response when I phone they tell me it will be done my Refund of R1500 deducted after cancellation but still I'm send from pillar to post with proof and no one can explain to me .all I want is my money I don't owe them it was investment my money please but they incompitent .and when I told them about December money was told it does not appear on they system and when I submitted proof I was told i will get a call back its now March.
