SANLAM - DEEPAM LALLOO

Bad service - I release my money (14 October 2019) from Alexander Forbes to Sanlam and this Financial advisor (Deepam Lalloo) has been sitting doing nothing. I had to follow up with him twice. he has this manner of getting client follow up with him instead of him following up with client. The money was released yesterday (13 Feb 2020) after I wanted to deposit more money into my existing R.A. He only sent the forms needed to get the funds from Alexander Forbes after I called Sanlam and asked them not tell him to call me or contact me and guess who called Deepam Lalloo,I emailed him my requests and still today he has not contacted me at all and I have not heard anything from Sanlam.So, I had to do what again? Call. I called today and come across an ******** and impatient consultant (Lucinda January), and SHE DOES NOT LISTEN, she LOVES HER THE SOUND OF HER OWN VOICE and she believe that she is best thing in this at SANLAM. This made matters worse for me, she told she will leave on the line until her manager comes back from lunch after I asked her to call manager or any other alternative manager on the floor. what a bitter experience. I dont know why she doesnt find another job because she is not happy at her current job. I finally got another supervisor (Heila Kirstein) she was a complete opposite of what Lucinda. listened, patient. I want to see the feedback from her. SANLAM I am patiently waiting to take my money from you business... I have had enough!!!
