Sanlam deducting anauthorized

My wife and I had policies with Sanlam so we decided to close one because we were not happy about certain things, they "closed" however every month they continue deducting different amounts, we went to their offices and they assured us that it is closed but the following month they deduct again. Since the beginning of 2022 it's the same thing, they deduct, we reverse until we decided that we are closing all the policies with Sanlam however they still deduct different amounts every month
