Sanlam Debit Check

Hi, I need a refund for R250.00. I don’t know if it’s a ****, I didn’t take out a long from Sanlam but I received a debit check. I did apply for easyfin loans but I have not received money from them just the R250.00 taken out from my bank account. I need this closed now. With immediate effect! Looks very sketchy.
