Sanlam death claims are ****

Sanlam is Horrible. Absolutely disgusted. My parents had life ins policies and retirement policies. These people have lost all paperwork they needed 5 times. They do t reply to emails and when you call, they don’t have your information to help you. It’s been 2 years since my parents death, and still we haven’t received a cent. Death payout in excess of R2M total. DONT USE THESE ****BAGS
