Sanlam Death claim policy
Sanlam death claims policy no ***x7 For Mr C. S Coetzer
I Mr Juan-Pierre Coetzer contacted Sanlam after my father passed away to start with the procedures on his policy 1st emails was sent in mid October. Where they sent me the wrong documents to complete and send back. We didn't hear anything back untill we phoned them in November and they said the documents are incorrect and they will send us the right documentation. So we completeled the new documents and sent it thru to them aswell in November. Then we didn't hear anything from that for 3 weeks before we called them again 3 times before they told us 1 document wasn't completed right n we need to complete it n send it again. During this time they kept telling me they are going to move it to a critical level because its taking to long for them to settle it. Which they never done. They told me to phone on 2nd January which is a sunday so I phoned on the 3rd and they told me to ask for a manager to speak with so it can be settled n the policy can be handled off. When I phoned rd and asked they had only excuse to why I cant speak to a manager or someone higher up and also said they cant put it on a critical level because of the type of policy. So I asked why does all off youre people keep giving me a different answers and stories just to prolong the time duration they take and they couldn't give me a answer. They dont reply on any emails weve sent n when we call they only have excuses they haven't contacted me or my brother once we have to keep contacting them n then they only give excuses over n over. Its their own fault things are taking long as they dont contact us n they sent us the wrong documents the 1st time. N now they wna say its because since we sent theast document that was incorrect they have 10+ workdays to work thru it however it being their fault for taking a month before telling us about it n we only found out because we called them.
