Estate for late HC v Heerden

I posted a review about the handling of my late father estate by Sanlam on the 4th April 2024 I have a call from Sanlam saying, if you don't hear from us by the 12th then you must call again. *** Just a reminder that my father past in 2016. FFS this is unaccepted about the ridiculous time that it has taken Sanlam. Sanlam asked for a letter of executor. I'm still waiting for Sanlam to send a email with the relevant documents to me for the high court. How long do Sanlam take to send a email. Sanlam service is the worst when it comes to serious matters. Sanlam will be on a person like a pack of woolfs on a deer, until thay sell a policy. After a person taking a policy Sanlam just forgot the client. To take money Sanlam is 1st but to pay back is a hole new ball game. I'll will never give Sanlam a good reference. To date I'm still waiting for Sanlam to send me the documents. Sanlam Moto is we 48hour turnaround time more like 8 years. Well to date I have still not received any relevant documents as requested. I find the service and communication shocking and potential Sanlam customers take note of what to expect. When I try calling Sanlam I go from pillar to post and then the call ends. At the moment if I have to rate Sanlam on a scale 1 to 10 I'll give them a -0 or lower. I'm waiting maybe a miracle will happen. Sanlam service has gone from bad to **** poor. I wander what Thay, do with all the money that Thay not paying out. Some fat cats is lining there pockets.
