Sanlam *****ed my old man

My dad is retired and was ******* by financial advisor to reinvest all his money without explaining this to his or asking for few of his family members to be present since old man is not educated and doesn't understand these things, now he want his money his told he cant have it will rather be send back to pension fund body again which it was a fight to get it for over a year, how can sanlam take advantage of illiterate person and now the guy is in depression because of this mess. They must just cancel the investment plan and charge him those penalties.
