Sanlam Credit Solutions Logging in is NOT an invitation to harass me with calls!

I am beyond frustrated with Sanlam Credit Solutions constantly calling me every time I simply log in to check my profile or explore my options. Let me be very clear, logging into my account is not an invitation for a barrage of phone calls from your agents.

I understand what I app**** for, and I am more than capable of deciding if, when, and how I wish to proceed. What I do not appreciate is being hounded and interrupted repeatedly over something that should be entirely at my discretion.

Your aggressive follow-up approach is unnecessary, intrusive, and downright irritating. It leaves a negative impression of your brand, and it certainly makes me rethink whether I should ever consider proceeding with Sanlam again.

Please respect your customers’ privacy and give us the space to make our own decisions. A simple login to your system should not trigger unsolicited calls it’s invasive and unprofessional.
