Sanlam Credit Application

I app**** for a credit product, it was approved and I sent my documents and approved the debicheck mandate. I was told that I should wait 24 to 48 hours for the funds to reach my account. That time has lapsed. I have called the loans department and I am being told that they can’t provide a timeline of when their underwriter will approve which is something I was not made aware of.
