Sanlam couldn`t care less...just passed the buck !

I have paid up policies ,three of them and can`t make any withdraw ! I`ve called Sanlam HQ and even send emails and you just could`t care less...even 5 years ago when my only change was to keep my car by getting funds or make a plan you could`t care ! Car was repo and even calling in July 2018 , HQ and need funds the same story , that`s my money and I can`t withdraw it !!! You where quick to debited the account in the good days and now that I need funds you can`t assist or even show a token off Good Faith or come up with a plan and need funds otherwise my family and I will end up on the street ,because of financial difficulties and the system is Jugging one because of your ITC rating...I`m Not a ****** or ***** but the system is everything !The policies is with Sanlam and don`t come again with the story of it`s Law and can`t withdraw ,I didn`t invest with the Government. Sanlam will spend millions on adds and non claimed shares ,but can`t even make a plan for me to withdraw some off my funds. I really hope there`s someone that can assist me !!!!
