Sanlam Corporate (Umbrella Provident fund fail)

I am extremely disappointed with Sanlam Corporate(Umbrella Provident Fund) I have resigned from my employer in 31 August and needed withdrawal of my provident fund from Sanlam Corporate. I have been calling every week and receiving no help, they keep telling me my claim has been escalated. Their lines are always busy and one will be put on hold for an hour before speaking to the consultant. I have called over and over and my claim is not moving they are misrepresenting themselves and it’s giving “*****ulent”. The consultants are of no help. I keep getting the same guy Bongani and he will tell me that they are busy with tax or escalation. Businesses don’t give your employees funds to Sanlam Umbrella Provident fund!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!
