SANLAM closed when you need them!

Have been trying to contact them, but no contact number listed anywhere. Want to update my policy. If this is how you struggle and suffer to get hold of them, how will you claim when you are in need? And the SANLAM number listed say they are closed for the day. Closed? HTF is that possible that an institution like Sanlam is closed for the day? Hitting a new low with SANLAM!
