Sanlam cheats the poor

Sanlam why are you refusing to pay my grandmother her son’s death benefit?you have an order from the adjudicator but you refuse to oblige, Her daughter the son’s sister was the beneficiary but you also refuse to pay saying she works ,how is that a reason for not doing what the order says…its been 2 years since you received that order, is this what you guys do to the poor?
