I have been with Sanlam since April 2023 and my time with them has been by far the most professional and stellar experience. I have an investment account which is administered by Satrix and a tax free savings account.

Their self help portal has a nice interface that shows all of your portfolio with ease. Last year November I had to withdraw a portion of my savings account due to, I was going through a financial difficulty and in times like I was going through, you just wish a financial institution will cooperate with you and that's what Sanlam did. It literally took 9 days for them to process everything and my money was in.

On top of it their customer service agent are very professional and put you to ease if you have any concerns or questions you may have about your portfolio and, they actually get back to you when they say they are going to get back to you.

They really are an amazing financial institution that I just had to open another tax free savings account.
