Sanlam Cashback policy
Good morning I have a serious issue with Sanlam because when i opened my savings policy i was not told that i can not do withdrawal for more than once until 5 years and i can close the policy but am not getting my savings until 5 years.Now i want to cancel my Cashback savings and am told that i can cancel the policy but i will never get my money until 5 years have passed. I want to cancel the policy now and get my savings Please help

I am not satisfied with your response because it is only now that am being told about rules and regulations of the policy while when i opened the policy i was never told about waiting period of 5 years. Am going out of the country for good in 3 months therefore i will not be here in 5 years hence i want to close this poöicy and get my savings back all of them.

I want to know now if you guys will be able to determinate my policy and give me my all savings Cashback or not because in 5 years to come i will not be in this country?. That’s all i want to know
