Sanlam broke their promise

Sanlam will promise you lies ,i was working for Sanlam bahumisi and they promised us since it was a new venture that if we sign a key account except for government we going to be paid R10000 . The first R5000 will be for securing a key account the second one will be for first 10 clients and i asked them about a particular key account they said yes its viable ill get paid ...i signed more than 10 clients and nothing was paid as they promised, they kept ignoring me when i asked till today and i was also made to believe i am due for RE that same year if i don't resign i will face debarement but i found out recently that i had two full years with them before my RE was due . I am very disappointed in them and very heartsore.
