Sanlam Benefits - Lies

Good day.

I received a message stating that my Pension and Provident fund is only now being processed and will be paid out in 4 weeks time. This does not coinside with the email received on my exit date the 31st of January 2020 informing me that it would be paid out 4 - 6 weeks after my exit date. This would mean that I would receive my benefit between them 28th of February and the 11th of March. This message I received yesterday, no states that I will receive the benefit at the end of March. I would like to be contacted with regards to this. If my benefit is not paid out according to my confirmation email, I will have to take further action against Sanlam and my previous company with regards to withholding funds and misinformation.
