Sanlam bad service

Terrible service. I have been trying to have my provident fund pay out. I have written numerous E mails and provided all the documentation. Eveytime there is a request for more information when I follow up, I have provided everything requested. I have made numerous calls no one ever phone back despite promises to do so. With everyone working from home there is no way to be tranfered or escalate my query. Can someone please help !!!
