Sanlam Bad Service croocks

I have a personal loan with Sanlam, which they promised that the insurance was going to cover payments for 12 months, to my realisation, they never paid the instalments, now I have missed payments on my credit bureaus and that affects my credit score, I called in to enquire, I was sent from pillar to post with no proper feedback, I have sent e-mails and no one responds, I was promised telephone calls still nothing, I trusted Sanlam but the service they are providing is bad
