Sanlam bad service
My baby daddy passed away in 2011 and in 2012 I made claim for child maintenance for my son from the deceased estate. In 2013 Sanlam helped to claim for PPS policy and it did pay out. Then in 2019 April I found out that the pay out fror deceased estate was made to other beneficiaries in 2016 and I was not informed. When I try to claim again at Sanlam they dispute my claim saying the want DNA test and there are no funds available. I'm very disappointed at Sanlam such a respected company treating me unfairly and now my son is suffering.
