Sanlam bad service

I am still awaiting feedback. A whole day has gone by yet the only response I had received are that they have forwarded to the relevant department. Why are they so delayed?
And I have emailed them for documents regarding the issue. As well as the response from old mutual. Why is sanlam beating around the bush. They need to be direct. Martha , the assistant complaints adviser needs to check her emails and respond accordingly. Sanlam is really disappointing me.

Also other than awaiting feedback. The consultant when I called through, literally barked at me that I must wait for the divorce to be over then they will pay my fund value. I don't know whats going on with them but I don't appreciate being rudely spoken to as a client of sanlam. And I would never advice any person to take out a Policy with them.

• Am I allowed to withdraw my pension before divorce is granted?
  In order for a non-member spouse to have a claim, the member spouse must be a member of the retirement fund on the actual date of divorce. This means that if a member spouse resigns from employment or retires from their pension or provident fund before the divorce is finalised, there is effectively no pension interest.25 Aug 2023
