Sanlam are you ****ming me?

I am very much disappointed with Sanlam, the company I worked for submitted my DIS forms on the 11th November for my claim till now nothing has happened and was advised about 3/4 week. No communication from them what so ever they are just quiet

But those funds have not been paid to me, I did contact my employer and was advised that Sanlam will pay into my account within 3/4 weeks of which I have been since waiting for payment but nothing
