Sanlam are *******. MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO. THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID!!!!

Its almost a year since I wrote a negative review to Sanlam. The same issue till to date has not been dealt with or resolved I am still waiting for them to pay me what my late husband left for me and the kids. How is it that an insurance company that claims to have their customers best interest fails so dismally to payout a life insurance claim?? I mean this is their business to enure that this happens.

My husband worked so hard to ensure that we are left with something after he passes. The so called insurance company which I believe to be ******* has still not paid a cent, however they were never late at collecting monthly premiums from my husband, but when its time for them to pay they give a run around.

Now they claim that they are waiting to see what we get from my husband's employer (SAPS) in order for them to make a decision as to how much we get from them. WHAT KIND OF STUPID/FOOLISHNESS WAY OF THINKING IS THAT. GEPF, which happens to be the government pension fund has NOTHING to do with Sanlam. They cannot disclose to Sanlam how much we are going to get from the pension fund. Sanlam knows this very well. Sanlam has no right to give us this reason for not paying us what is due to us. This is ******* and the sad thing is that people take out life covers with Sanlam everyday. I would not want anyone to go through what my family and I are going through.

The other sad thing is that we as the family are now suffering whilst we have money that my husband left for us. We suffering because Sanlam are *****ing what my husband worked so hard for.

This has been pathetic experience, I am perusing legal action now and doing this on HelloPeter and all social media platforms is the last step before taking legal action.

PAY US WHAT IS DUE TO US!!!!
