Sanlam are keeping my money 2/3 of Retirement Annuity they don't want to give they are keeping it they told me it has no interest I need the money I have 3 policies with them they debit every month and other debit orders which need money House insurance,

Sanlam are keeping my money 2/3 of Retirement Annuity they don't want to give they are keeping it they told me it has no interest I need the money I have 3 policies with them they debit every month and other debit orders which need money House insurance, car, furniture, Burglar Alert for alarm Multichoice, Medical aid etc now I want them to give back my money I phoned Insurance ombudsman now It rings with music for 20 mins and they cut the call they did that 2 times just now. I am so frustrated kindly help me
