Sanlam annuity not paid out as per contract

I have an annuity that was supposed to be paid out on 01 June 2021 as per contract. Upon enquiring about this when the payout did not happen, i was told that the projected pay date is 23 June 2021. The payout did not happen on 23 June 2021. Upon enquiry I was told that the funds were received but not yet finalised and I will now only receive feedback on 01July 2021. This is unacceptable as I am losing interest on my money and Sanlam did not confirm whether they are going to refund my interest that I am losing.
