Sanlam and Sanlam Indi misleading customers

Sanlam has found a loophole in their platform to turn down Claims, Sanlam Indi is also part of this ****.

Sanlam Indi makes use of Sanlam Platform to promote their products. However any information catered on the Sanlam platform regarding the product is not applicable to Sanlam indi product . NO WARNING OR ANY INDICATION THEY WILL REDIRECTED YOU

SANLAM REDIRECT A PERSON TO A NEW PLATFORM AFTER INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT IS CATERED AND SELECTED . THERE IS NO WARNING THAT ANY INFORMATION CATERED ON SANLAM PLATFORM IS APPLICABLE OR THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE REDIRECT TO SANLAM INDI PLATFORM

This has caused significant financial loss on my part .

Sanlam Indi only state they make use of Sanlam splatform but they cant tel Sanlam what they may ant cant put on their platform.

None of these two institutions made any attempted to prevent to insure that the Sanlam platform has conflict of interest

Sanlam claim they will insured their platform is clear about Sanlam Indi product/ this is in writing

This alone make them liable for the financial loss I had to indure

So the only ones that is hold accountable is the consumer

One takes out a product for Salary protection and when you need it in the time like now

You are told sorry none of these institutions is liable even as a direct result of misleading clients by not making sure their platform has any conflict of interest that will cause the consumer financial loss
