Sanlam and Computershare making it difficult to claim your dividends and shares. If you don’t claim by end August you will lose your shares and dividends, but making it impossible to communicate with them. A week later still no joy.

Trying for a week to sort out a simple problem, No response, no proper communication! Dividends owed to me but seems like Computershare and Sanlam now trying to steel the dividends And shares of people. Some rule that if your dividends not claimed before end August, clients/shareholders will lose their dividends and shares. Have spend hours online, promises of e-mail that will be send. Changed all my information 3 times already. Now they not happy with my joint bank account. What next will they need???? My COVID status???? Try to talk to a senior person!1 what a joke!1
