Sanlam always wants documents to refuse payment

<p>I joined the hospital plan with Sanlam insurance in the year 2009 and paid premiums accordingly. When I became pregnant I was admitted from the hospital. I filled the forms required. Sanlam started creating stories. They said I must submit my medical records from the time I started working not from the day I took the policy. I went to my medical aid company and asked for the records, they were only able to give me records from year 2010. After submitting the records again they asked that I bring the pharmacy records. Now I'm confused what does that have to do with the policy I took.</p>
