Sanlam and Sanlam Reality are incredible. I always have very efficient service from them. They help me with every facet of my life. I would highly recommend Sanlam and Sanlam Reality. They are also more affordable.

Sanlam reality has this 24/7 personal assistant thing. You literally just send them a message on the app and they help you with EVERYTHING. Since I have started utilizing this service, I have not been on hold on a call to get to the relevant department. I make a request on the app, I get a phone call when the correct person who can help me is on the line, the Sanlam representative (the lady who usually helps me is named Jasmine) introduces the consultant to me and visa versa. She then hangs up while I talk to the consultant. Jasmine then sends me a follow up message on the app asking if everything is sorted. this is called a 'call back'. Best initiative ever! I save so much time!

I have used them for: Life cover, tax, quotes, pension fund, insurance to get through to my bank, clothes stores, gym, cinema, Vodacom, financial advisor, lawyers and much more. They always assist me in finding the best value for money. I have been with Sanlam since 2017 and I have never had a problem with them.
