Sanlam Advisor Dishonest & Hides behind the BIG NAME

Disgusted by a financial advisor that gets a client from someone(me), writes the business, earns decent commission(paid into his bank account) & then refuses to pay my portion for more than 3 months.

He refuses to take my calls so I contacted his manager who in return stated that the matter has now been handed over to the forensics department.

2 weeks has already passed & yet this advisor can easily go on with his life & earn more "dishonest" commission with absolutely no consequences.

He is now hiding behind the big name 'Sanlam" & poor me must just wait until someone want to take some sort of action or responsibility.

I told this advisor that I'm unemployed & have a family to support but I'm starting to think that he the dishonest adviser & Sanlam doesn't care one bit & allow these things to happen.

He now conveniently claims that I misprepresented myself as an adviser while prospecting for clients of which he got the commission paid into his bank account.

I know I'm fighting a losing battle as I'm a nobody but sincerely hope that someone will take responsibility.
