Sanlam acting like forex ****mers!!

My application for pension withdrawal has been submitted since November 24, I have even written a hello Peter review in November but since then the complaints office has called twice but with no information which is disgusting, the tax directive was issued and now we outside the 10 days waiting period and the caller agents have no information when you call they just say be patient, these people are ****mers, I'm starting to think Sanlam may be insolvent and can't afford to pay anyone's claims.. Same WhatsApp group as forex ****mers I tell you. Stay far away from them!!!
