SANLAM ACA PENSION FUNDS

I have reached retirement age and I have been trying to withdraw my funds. Sanlam have taken over the ACA Absa portfolio and I have been trying to contact them for weeks now. I have submitted my forms and to this day, I have not had a response from anybody at Sanlam. Absolutely dismal service. Try and phone them and you get transferred to 9 different people in 21 minutes that I have been holding on and then the phone gets put down on me. Sanlam get your act together. I want my funds that are due to me.
