SANLAM - ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

<p>We have been trying to get a letter from Sanlam stating that there either is, or is not, any money payable to a family from policies held by them. This poor family has been back and forth to the offices to no avail. They will only be told verbally there is no money (but after asking each of them to open bank accounts?) An email to the head office with copies of all the policies, the necessary ID documents and a letter from the magistrate's court, just asking for a communication in writing is all in vain. I am not sure I want to keep my own policies with Sanlam given that it appears no one in their Head Office is capable of drafting a simple letter!!!!!</p>
