Sanlam has has responded to my problem and they sended me the options forms sodat i can read and sign them in order to cancel the investment policy they made on my behalf I have read the options I am going to fill them to cancel the original and false one to obtain the cancellation and i will come back to you with the feedback hallo Peter.
