SANLAM A ****
SANLAM is a **** organisation. I upgraded my policy and the total premium that debited from my salary was R320 more than what I signed for. I asked for a refund and I was told there is no refund instead my account is in arears of +/- R2000. I then asked for clarity as to where the R2000 is coming from as they are debiting straight from my salary, and I never missed any premium. No - one seems to be bothered by my emails, this is already more than two months I have been battling. All I need is a refund of R320 and clarity of this +/- R2000.
