Hellopeter I was working for a certain company an my contract ended on 30 September 2024 an my paper where submitted to sanlam on November 20 everyone at our work place did get their money on December 20 i have tried to call sanlam which was December they said to me i will receive my money January till no i haven't received my money different storys all the time telling me that they escalated my claim they still waiting for feedback since January i dont knw what to do, i have kids to take care of i dont have money its been 3 months now can hellopeter help me in this matter i always spend money to call sanlam of which even calling doesn't help.

27 Feb 2025, 13:02Its not fair on me trying an trying to get what I've worked for since December till now my claim is not finalized,what hurts me the most is that everyone at my work place did get gheir money which was December why my claim alone is not yet finalized since January no difference. You always tell me that u've escalated my claim but till to this day nothing same story everyday, sanlam is failing me

I even try to talk to an agent on WhatsApp the only answer i get is my papers are still on claimers office.since January receiving the same answer. M so drained with sanlam sameone said sanlm is quick to answer at hellopeter but when u send them email they dont respond.i dont knw what to do i have kids to take care off i need money sanlam is failing me.i dont knw where to go now which door must i knock so that i can get help
