SANLAM????
Money taken out of my account without any explanation... for 3 months I have been trying to get an answer . Same email requiring my details. Hello do Sanlam need R249.90 so desperately

Various companies make use of our multidata system for debit order deductions. We can confirm that the reference number is for EC Loans. We assume that you app**** for a loan with this company. We do know that you would have agreed to the fee whether the loan was successful or not. Sanlam is not able to assist with this complaint. You will need to contact them directly.

You will need to get in touch with EC Loans regarding the explanation of the deduction. You would have had to agree to this deduction before this fee was deducted. We do know that there is a disclaimer and terms and conditions that need to be agreed to before you apply. They will be able to provide you with proof of this.
