SANLAM - 6 Years and counting to Sell shares

Hello ,

This is the second time this year that I have been left with no other alternative but to resort to making a complaint on this forum. The only reason for this is that if I complain by any other means, I simply don't get a reply.

I made a complaint in March this year and soon thereafter I had a number of people phoning me to resolve my issue. This was great until they themselves lost interest in my issue and stop responding.

I have been attempting to sell Sanlam shares on behalf of an estate. It has now taken me 6 years and no luck with Sanlam. I have comp**** with everything that they have requested and I was told that I had to send my documents , via registered mail, to their Johannesburg branch.

This is the third time that I have done so. On each occasion no reply. I am assuming this branch is in complete disarray. It is like throwing a stone into a chasm.

The frustration I have experienced is unbelievable and , what makes it worse, is the indifference on the people attempting to assist.

It would be great if someone could contact me and resolve this once and for all.
